P.A.P.S.

P.A.P.S. Barcode Labels are printed in sets of two or three or more. These Labels are clearly identified with an Alphabetic Letters – to the right side of the label – to avoid confusion with the check digit and sequential numbering. We also use a Larger Font and Filer Box in which your Driver writes the Broker unique filer code. This provides optimum Faxing quality and greatly reduces mistakes. Our P.A.P.S. Labels are supplied on rolls and are perforated between each label for easy dispensing. (Average roll size from 1,000pcs. To 2,500pcs.) Our Paps label dimensions are 2¾” X 1¼”, die cut and coated. This allows for optimum faxing quality, which reduces costly mistakes.

NCAP/FAST

NCAP/FAST Release Forms: These Forms measure 8.5” X 11” and contain your Company Name, SCAC Code and a Barcode which is sequentially numbered. These forms are to be used only when the Electronic Fast System is not functioning. Each FAST approved carrier truck should have a minimum of ten forms with them at all times to avoid any delays or fines.

CF 7533 Inward Cargo Manifest Forms are used in conjunction with P.A.P.S. Labels. Our CF 7533 Forms are a three part, NCR, Carbonless with wrap-around covers. (Twenty-Five, 3-part sets per pad.)
